Mango and Black Pepper Gin

This is the flavour combination we never knew we needed! 4 types of peppercorn are combined with 12 other botanicals and then mascerated with fresh mango and left for 3 days ! This delicious blend is then left to sit on black pepper for a further 24 hours.
The result is a wonderfully balanced fruity gin with a peppery backbone and spicy kick.
