Brewed with 7 premium Irish and British malts. We soaked 40 kg of dried fruits usually associated with Italian panettone dessert in a quality cask-strength whiskey from our friends in Two Stacks. This gives the beer its rich, spicy finish. We soaked the fruits in a cask-proof Blenders cut which had previously been aged in cherry brandy barrels.
