Delivery Policy

Orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We aim to process and deliver orders promptly, but delivery times may vary based on location and stock availability. Customers will be notified of any delays.

Your delivery day is determined by your delivery zone. Current delivery zones are as follows:

Monday: South Birmingham / Coventry
Tuesday: Worcester / Central Birmingham
Wednesday: Staffordshire / South Cheshire
Thursday: Derbyshire / Nottinghamshire / Lincoln
Friday: Sheffield, Shrewsbury / Shropshire

In some instances, it may be necessary to deliver on a different day to your normal delivery zone. We will contact you on a case-by-case basis if this is necessary, and will aim to be as accommodating to your business needs as possible.

We offer free delivery on orders of £200 or more. Orders under this value will be charged a delivery fee of £12.
