A tribute to the USA and the mythological hop variety that is Cascade, Asteroid 56013 is dedicated to the American Craft Beer renaissance. According to the “traditional” formula of West Coast IPAs, Asteroid is hopped following “the 4Cs law”. The name “Asteroid” is a reference to Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s novel “The Little Prince”, while 56013 used to be the code number for Cascade back to when it was still an experimental variety: these suggestions served as an inspiration for brewing our India Pale Ale, ready to explore the universe and set sail for a crusade of interstellar conquest.
