Produced in Scotland, That Boutique-y Whisky Company’s 30 Year Old Blended Grain Whisky is a small-batch expression created by marrying grain whiskies matured in refill ex-bourbon hogsheads and ex-sherry octave casks. Three decades of maturation have developed a rich, rounded character, with aromas of honeycomb, red grapes, buttery shortbread and waxy orange peel. The palate is thick and velvety, revealing butterscotch, freshly baked biscuits and chocolate, followed by polished oak, cedar and a touch of white pepper.
