Brewed in honour of the mascot of the Staffordshire Regimental Association and his handler. Colour Sergeant Watchman III, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, was a regular at the Brewery tap, until his death in June 1998 but never drank on duty. Currently holding the title is Sergeant Watchman VI. Hops used are Challenger.
