Crafted by Copeland Distillery on the shores of Donaghadee, County Down, Copeland 26.2 marks the distillery’s first-ever peated single malt Irish whiskey. Inspired by the maritime heritage of the Ards Peninsula, this limited release showcases Copeland’s innovative approach to Irish whiskey making, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern maturation techniques.

Produced from 100% peated malted barley and double distilled in the distillery’s copper pot stills, the whiskey is matured for a minimum of five years on the Ards Peninsula. A carefully selected combination of first-fill American bourbon casks, Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and charred oak casks creates a complex balance of smoke, fruit and oak influence. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, this exclusive release is limited to just 1,020 bottles.
