Crafted at Copeland Distillery in Donaghadee, County Down, Copeland 26.4 is a distinctive single malt Irish whiskey made using a mash bill of 90% malted barley and 10% chocolate malt. Double-distilled and matured initially in first-fill American bourbon casks before finishing in Oloroso sherry casks, it combines rich malt character with sweet oak and dark-fruit complexity. The nose reveals ripe fruit, toasted almonds and dark chocolate, while the palate develops notes of chocolate pudding, orchard fruit and crème brûlée, complemented by warming baking spices.
