Crafted for the partnership between Copeland Distillery in Donaghadee, County Down, and Ulster Rugby, this distinctive blended Irish whiskey brings together three whiskey styles: grain whiskey, double-distilled malt and triple-distilled malt, matured across four different types of wooden cask. The result is a smooth, characterful whiskey with aromas of toffee apple, dark berries and vanilla. The palate reveals fleshy orchard fruit, honey, sherry spice and orange zest, leading to a dry finish with toasted oak. A fitting tribute to Ulster Rugby, it combines regional heritage with a balanced, approachable whiskey style. Perfect for: Neat sipping, whiskey collections and gifts for Ulster Rugby supporters.
