Distilled by Copeland in County Down, this special-edition Irish gin celebrates Ulster Rugby with a recipe featuring 12 carefully selected botanicals, including wild sea pink (Armeria maritima) foraged from the Copeland Islands off the coast of Donaghadee. Fresh, unwaxed oranges provide the principal citrus note, complementing the classic juniper backbone. The botanicals are steeped before distillation in the distillery’s copper still, producing a fragrant gin with bright orange zest, refreshing citrus and balanced botanical character. Its coastal provenance and rugby partnership give it a distinctive Northern Irish identity. Perfect for: Gin enthusiasts, premium back bars and gifts for Ulster Rugby fans
