Courage & Conviction Sherry Cask is an American single malt produced and matured at Virginia Distillery Co. in Virginia, using 100% malted barley. Maturation in sherry casks adds a rich, fruit-driven dimension to the spirit, complementing its malt sweetness with deeper dried-fruit and oak notes. Expect flavours associated with sherry maturation, including raisin, fig and caramelised fruit, alongside warming spice and a rounded oak finish. It offers a fuller, more fruit-rich interpretation of the distillery’s American single malt style. Perfect for: Fans of sherried Scotch and rich, after-dinner whisky.
