We’re kicking off the new year with something extra special... the freshest, most vibrant Mosaic hops freshly harvested from one of our favourite hop farms in the world, Coleman Agriculture.

This year, for the first time, we’re combining whole leaf Mosaic with T90 pellets to create something truly unique. These lots were harvested on 12 and 13 September, straight from the fields at Coleman.

Over years of blind hop selections in the U.S., Coleman’s Mosaic has consistently stood out and helped us build a fantastic relationship with Max and the wonderful team at Coleman. For the past couple of seasons, we’ve travelled down to their farm in Oregon’s Willamette Valley to see their incredible operation firsthand and deepen our understanding of the hops we love to work with.

Coleman Agriculture is a seven-generation family farm with deep roots, fertile land, and cutting-edge agricultural practices. The story began in 1847, when James and Frances Coleman, with their daughter Anna, travelled west on the Oregon Trail and became one of the first families to settle at the St. Paul Mission. Today, seventh-generation cousins Ben and Tom Coleman, alongside their spouses Jen and Melissa, continue to farm the same Willamette Valley soil while nurturing their legacy through education and sustainable agriculture.

As one of Oregon’s largest and most diverse hop growers, Coleman Hops produces millions of pounds of premium hops each year across 2,000 acres and four farm sites. In addition to hops, the Colemans also grow hazelnuts, garlic, seed crops, and vegetables, reflecting their belief in crop diversity and balance.
