Fresh and ripe, Jumi-Juma has concentrated citrus notes, nectarines, and integrated acidity. The Chardonnay adds some creaminess, and there is also subtle salinity on the finish.

Grapes are harvested during the night and early morning to preserve freshness. At the winery, gentle crushing and pressing are carried out, and only the free-run juice is used for Jumi-Juma to maximize purity of aroma and freshness. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged on the lees for as long as possible, resulting in a smoother profile and a longer, more elegant finish.
