Straw-yellow with greenish reflections, this wine has aromas of delicate white fruit, lightly floral. It is medium-bodied, harmonious, combining freshness with a final note of bitter almond, typical of the Garganega grape variety. It pairs well with appetisers and pasta dishes with vegetables and fish.

Consisting of 230 growers and 700 hectares, Cantina Valpolicella Negrar is a co operative located just a few kilometres from Verona, in the heart of Valpolicella. They are one of the major producers in Valpolicella Classico owning a quarter of all Classico Vineyards, and are the only winery to have vineyards in all 5 communes of the region. They have a long and distinctive history of winemaking going back to 1933 and were the first to produce Amarone in 1939, after a serendipitous mistake producing Recioto.
