Delicate notes of white peach, and gently floral in nature. This wine is medium-bodied, crisp and fresh, combined with a hint of bitter almonds on the finish, typical of Garganega grape, which Soave is based on. It goes well with appetisers, pasta with vegetables and fish.

Consisting of 230 growers and 700 hectares, Cantina Valpolicella Negrar is a co operative located just a few kilometres from Verona, in the heart of Valpolicella. They are one of the major producers in Valpolicella Classico owning a quarter of all Classico Vineyards, and are the only winery to have vineyards in all 5 communes of the region. They have a long and distinctive history of winemaking going back to 1933 and were the first to produce Amarone in 1939, after a serendipitous mistake producing Recioto.
