As autumn settles in and the harvest reaches its peak, we’re raising a glass to the season’s freshest hops with Hunter’s Moon -
Green-Hopped English Pale with Challenger & Fuggles, brewed alongside our good friends at 𝗧𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘆'𝘀.
Picked from the bines in Kent’s Garden of England only a day before brew day, Challenger and Fuggles hops from 𝗛𝘂𝗸𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝘀 bring vibrant notes of orange peel, sweet lychee, and spicy cedar. Their delicate oils - untouched by drying or kilning - lend a depth and freshness that captures the essence of early autumn.
Built on a base of traditionally floor-malted Plumage Archer from 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝙃𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧’𝙨 𝙈𝙤𝙤𝙣 balances floral brightness, green tea smoothness, and a sweet tangerine finish.
