Vegan Sour
A modern take on a classic, using Miraculous Foamer for a smooth, creamy head without egg white.

Ingredients:
50ml Copeland 5yr Merchants Quay or Amaretto
25ml ODK Lemon Juice
15ml ODK Sugar Syrup
4–5 drops MS Better’s Bitters Miraculous Foamer
2 dashes aromatic bitters

Method: Add all ingredients into a shaker without ice and dry shake vigorously to activate the foam. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over ice or serve straight up in a coupe. Optionally garnish with a few drops of bitters on the foam.

Serve: In a rocks glass over ice or straight up.
