Building on a light base of Extra Pale and Caramel Malt with a hint of some biscuity Vienna, we’ve hopped heavily into the kettle with super resinous Centennial,adding a moreish depth of marmalade pithiness. For the later additions we’ve opted for El Dorado, which leans into the freshly squeezed brightness of grapefruit, backed up with more Centennial which delivers more floral top notes when added later.
