Crafted in Mauritius by Oaks & Âmes, this premium VSOP rum is made from first-press sugar cane juice sourced from the Mauritian highlands. Following a lengthy low-temperature fermentation of up to fourteen days, the spirit is batch distilled in copper stills and matured for a minimum of four years. Ageing takes place across a combination of sweet wine, Cognac, Bourbon and new oak casks, creating exceptional depth while preserving the freshness of the cane spirit. 

Rich and elegant, it offers aromas of vanilla, cocoa, warm spice and oak. The palate reveals layers of caramel, chocolate, toasted wood and soft orchard fruit, leading to a smooth, lingering finish with gentle spice and refined oak character. An IWSC Gold Medal winner, it showcases the quality of modern Mauritian rum production.
