Crafted in Mauritius by Oaks & Âmes, this award-winning white rum is produced from pure first-press Mauritian sugar cane juice rather than molasses, following an agricole-style approach that highlights the island’s unique terroir. The cane juice undergoes a long, cool fermentation before being distilled in small-batch hybrid copper stills, creating a vibrant and characterful spirit that retains the freshness of the sugar cane. 

Fresh and expressive, it delivers notes of burnt sugar, pressed cane, cooked fruit and gentle herbal complexity. Crisp and aromatic on the palate, it balances natural sweetness with grassy freshness and a clean, lingering finish.
