Whether we do it intentionally or not, we’ve always had a real thing for hitting the sweet spot on an IPA at the 6.1% mark. Whether it’s that first ever Citra Simcoe released back in a chilly January 2018 as Loka Polly, all the way up to today with our more modern classics from our repertoire, we’ve always had an incredible ability to nail our IPA game at this strength. Magnetic North backs up this theory with gusto - paying homage to those starry eyed dreamers that started this brewing journey with two hop varieties that formed the backbone of our brewery maxed out to their Lupocore varieties, along with a flourish of new school US and South Pacific varieties for good measure. Citra and Mosaic, then Nelson Sauvin and Elani combine to create a beer that is ultra dank, juicy, hoppy and sweet. Couldn’t be more Polly’s if it tried.
