The Collection 15 Year Old Amontillado originates from the Collection Fino, with at least a further 4 years oxidative ageing. Pungent, intense and complex on the nose with a subtle note of the Fino it had once been. Elegant mellow and slightly nutty, full bodied on the palate with a long finish.
