Crafted by the Junmai Daiginjo specialists at Tatenokawa Shuzo in Yamagata, this refined plum liqueur is made using the highest quality Nanko ume plums steeped in a base spirit distilled from Junmai Daiginjo sake lees (kasutori shochu). The result is a beautifully balanced umeshu with an intense aroma of ripe plum, a silky texture, and a vibrant sweet-tart character that remains elegant and refreshing.
