The toasted wood adds another layer of flavour to the malt’s natural sweetness, bringing aromas of rich caramel, soft vanilla and freshly baked brioche. On the palate, bright citrus and apricot combine with honeyed walnuts, baking spice and toasted coconut. The finish is warming and oak-led, with a balance of sweet malt and toasted-wood character.
